  • Adult Classes

    Our adult classes contains classes that can be taken individually, or in a series that can qualify you for a certificate. If you register for all three classes at once, they will be discounted at checkout. How the course works: A few days before the class begins you will be emailed an invitation into the online classroom. Click to accept the invite and set up a password to access the classroom. For subsequent sessions go to the classroom and use your email address and password to access it. Participate when you want! You can participate any time of day or evening. The online classroom is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no live real-time requirements or meetings. You decide when you participate. For the best learning, you should log into the course on 2-3 different days of the week.
  • Adventures

    Our Adventures program has engaging classes, fun teachers, and enriching experiences for K-8 students after school, in the evenings, and on the weekends. Adventures provides a way for students to expand their knowledge or skills in an area of interest and try something beyond the classes they have during the school day. Behavior Guidelines Please remember that participation in Community Education programs is voluntary. Students are expected to act respectfully throughout their participation. Community Education reserves the right to remove a student from a program at any time if they display inappropriate or unsafe behaviors. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to take the class you can request a refund before the second day of class. There will be a $10 deduction from any refunds except programs canceled by Community Ed. Scholarships Scholarships are based on financial need and are available to assist WDMCS students with tuition for most programs. Students must attend school, or live within the WDMCS district boundaries. Scholarships are available on the basis of need. Please fill out this short form to apply for a scholarship.   • Athletic Camps

    Train, Learn, and Play with the Tigers! Camps available from kindergarten to 12th grade. Choose from a variety of VHS coached athletic camps offered throughout the year. Walk-ups will still have to register. Scholarships available based on need, please fill out this form, or call 515-633-5001 Participants in grades 8-12 must have their athletic paperwork submitted to Bound prior to the start of camp.   • Kids West

    Kids West provides safe, affordable, and convenient before-and-after school care for WDMCS children in grades K-6. In Kids West, kids can play, create crafts, learn new team games, and make friends across all ages. Kids West is open each day school is in session, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. until school starts and after school until 6 p.m.

  • Parent Quest

    ParentQuest provides a wide variety of free learning opportunities for parents and other caring adults as they navigate each child’s unique path to success in school and life. ParentQuest offers opportunities for learning about academics, cultural awareness, health and well being, parenting, WDMCS 101, and more. Each child’s path to success is unique, and ParentQuest provides relevant resources to help parents along the way.
  • Stilwell Drama Program

    Summer drama opportunity for students entering 7th-9th grades. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to take the class you can request a refund before the second day of class. There will be a $50 deduction from any refunds except programs canceled by Community Ed.
