    The Valley High School boys’ and girls’ coaching staff is focused on building enthusiasm for track and field in young athletes. Emphasis will be placed on having fun and building individual skills and fitness. Campers will participate in team building activities, learn track and field fundamentals, learn about track and field events and compete in track and field events.   • 8th Grade Football Strength & Speed Training

    This is a non-contact strength camp that teaches and implements fundamentals of strength/speed training for incoming 8th grade football players. Students will be working with the high school strength coaching staff to improve performance and learn techniques utilized in the weight room to prepare for the upcoming season.

    Our adult classes contains classes that can be taken individually, or in a series that can qualify you for a certificate. If you register for all three classes at once, they will be discounted at checkout. For subsequent sessions go to the classroom and use your email address and password to access it. Participate when you want! You can participate any time of day or evening.     Our Adventures program has engaging classes, fun teachers, and enriching experiences for K-8 students after school, in the evenings, and on the weekends. Adventures provides a way for students to expand their knowledge or skills in an area of interest and try something beyond the classes they have during the school day.   • Band Bash: 6th Grade Band Camp

    This one week, 2 hour/day program gives younger band students the chance to continue developing skills on their instrument over the summer. Students will practice songs as a full band, break up in groups based on instruments to get more focused attention, and enjoy other fun activities that will build community and teamwork. The elementary band camp will conclude with a brief concert for families on June 14 at 1:30 p.m. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to take the class you can request a refund before the second day of class.     This two-week program meets for one hour each day and gives instrumental music students the opportunity to develop their rhythmic skills, strengthen their tone and playing technique, and polish their music reading skills in preparation for the school year.     This camp will focus on the basics and foundations of the game. The camp experience will benefit both beginning and recreational players. Coaches will touch on the physical, technical, tactical and physiological aspects of the game. Campers will have a balance of games, drills and fun!
