Jump Start is a fun-filled week of activities designed to help students prepare for the upcoming school year.
Discover one of the world's oldest and most captivating strategy board games! Backgammon seamlessly combines tactical skill, probability, and risk assessment into a fast-paced battle to bear off your checkers first. Students will learn basic rules, master board setup, piece movement, and be introduced to strategic principles that turn novice rollers into confident, calculating players. Through guided practice games participants will learn how to balance aggressive offense with secure defense. Class led by Brad Burtnette.
