This class combines the flowing movements of yoga using the abdominal muscles to create a stronger, leaner body and core center. Focus will be on strengthening and toning the entire body and creating more balance, energy, and strength. The class will conclude with mind/body relaxation to regroup and reset. All levels welcome; modifications will be introduced for higher level practitioners. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat. Course taught by Nikki Thies. Please note: students will be spaced apart for social distancing.
