Mental Health Awareness for Parents of Teens
Do you ever worry about how your teen is feeling or acting? They might be unusually sad or withdrawn, or intensely stressed over seemingly small things. Even knowing your teen as well as you do, it can be difficult to know when to step in. In this class, we'll learn to identify signs that your student might need greater mental health support. Then, we'll discuss communicating about mental health with your teen and where to find support and educational resources. Class led by Dr. Jennifer Ulie-Wells, executive director of Please Pass the Love, a nonprofit focused on youth mental health.
