Safety Town is an educational program introducing safety awareness and preventative practices to young children.
New summer projects! A swimsuit coverup, mini messenger bag, ear bud case and your personalized sewer’s handbook. No experience necessary. Students will make, showcase, and take home all their projects. Students are taught multiple hand and machine sewing techniques are taught with SAFETY FIRST always in mind. Students increase their skill and sew more complicated projects. Students showcase their projects on the last day of class (family and friends are invited), then take everything home with them to walk the runway of everyday life! Registration Deadline
A $25 late registration fee will be charged if you register less than one week before the program’s start date.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to take the class you can request a refund before the second day of class. There will be a $25 deduction from any refunds except programs canceled by Community Ed.
Behavior Guidelines
Please remember that participation in Community Education programs is voluntary. Students are expected to act respectfully throughout their participation. Community Education reserves the right to remove a student from a program at any time if they display inappropriate or unsafe behaviors.
