This camp will focus on the basics and foundations of the game. The camp experience will benefit both beginning and recreational players. Coaches will touch on the physical, technical, tactical and physiological aspects of the game. Campers will have a balance of games, drills and fun! Walk-ons will be welcomed.
Each player will need to bring their own ball.
