Jump Start is a fun-filled week of activities designed to help students prepare for the upcoming school year.
Safety Town is an educational program introducing safety awareness and preventative practices to young children.
This camp will provide students an introduction to the sport of wrestling. We will cover the basic skills and basic rules of the sport. Athletes will have fun learning the sport and meeting students from other schools. Instruction for this camp will be provided by head coach Corey Rasmussen and a couple former Valley wrestlers. Wrestlers will be grouped according to their ability as well learn the different skills and techniques of wrestling.
Participants will also be receiving a camp t-shirt.
